01How old do I need to be?+
20 for cars and SUVs, 23 for the 4x4s and the minibus. You need to have held your licence for at least a year.
02Is my driving licence valid?+
Licences in the Latin alphabet are valid. Otherwise you need an International Driving Permit along with the original.
03Do I need a credit card?+
Yes, in the driver's name. We place a hold for the excess and release it when the car comes back.
04What if my flight is late?+
Add your flight number to the booking. We track the arrival and wait, at no extra cost.
05How does fuel work?+
Full tank out, full tank back. Electric cars leave at least 80% charged and can come back at 20%.
06Can I cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. After that, one day is charged.
